Currently working as DHIS2 consultant for University of Oslo, based in Vietnam, and supporting local HISP Vietnam team in strengthening Health Information System in Vietnam and South East Asia.
Working with LAO PDR National team in setting up National level DHIS2.
Working with University of Oslo in building data warehouse for six ministry of health in East African Community (EAC) (Burundi, Rwanda, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania and Zanzibar).
Working with Path Finder, Vietnam in building bridge between DHIS2 and Software used in Thai Nguyen province.
Working with University of Oslo in building Burundi National HMIS system.
Leading work package of e and m health solution in the project harmonized Reproductive Health Register coordinated by Norwegian Institute of Public Health (NIPH) in collaboration with WHO.
Designing development, training and Implementation plan for Tajikistan National HMIS.
Experience in designing and developing of reports and reporting formats for the local needs at the state, district, sub-district and facility level.
Legacy data import into DHIS2 from various legacy HMIS tool such as GESIS in Rwanda – (MS Sql server), different system in various directorate in MoH Bangladesh – Oracle, FoxPro, Excel, MS Access, Data from Excel into DHIS2 at country level, Kenya, Bangladesh, States in India.
Experience in designing and customization of the database to the local, state and national needs and identifying the essential datasets.
Creation of spatial maps, Map cleaning and Setting up of GIS in DHIS2.
Developed a Spatial GIS system for Andhra Pradesh State Aids Control Society, which involves mapping of Hospital to nearest Blood Banks and other associated institutes.
Working with open source communities on design and development of suite of application for HIS.
Working along with the various state health departments in customize the national HMIS for state specific needs.
Coordinate and conduct various training program including TOT and their evaluation.
Setting up DHIS2 for countries and states including basic server setup and DHIS2 customization.
